1 General Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the gool platform and all services provided under it. By accessing the website, registering an account, or using any service, you are considered to have accepted these Terms.

Only individuals aged 21 (twenty-one) years or older may open an account and use services on the gool platform. The information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and truthful. gool reserves the right to cancel any account found to have been registered with false information.

2 Account Registration and Management

2.1 Registration Eligibility

Each user may open only one account. Having more than one account in the same person's name is a breach of the rules, and all associated accounts may be suspended or cancelled. A valid mobile number, email address, and personal details must be provided at the time of registration.

2.2 Identity Verification

gool may verify a user's identity at any time when required. A copy of a national identity card or passport may be requested for verification. If the required information is not provided within the specified time, the account may be temporarily suspended.

2.3 Account Security

It is the user's own responsibility to keep their login credentials (username and password) confidential. Sharing login details with any third party or using another person's account is strictly prohibited. If you suspect any unauthorised use of your account, contact the gool support team immediately.

3 Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods and Amounts

Deposits on the gool platform can currently be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. The minimum deposit amount is ৳100 (one hundred taka). All transactions are carried out over an SSL-encrypted connection.

3.2 Withdrawal Rules

A minimum of ৳1,000 (one thousand taka) is required for a withdrawal. Withdrawals can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. Under normal circumstances, the withdrawal process is completed within 10 to 45 minutes.

If identity verification has not been completed before a withdrawal request is processed, gool may place the request on hold. Funds are generally returned using the same method by which they were deposited.

3.3 Suspicious Transactions

If any transaction appears unusual or suspicious, gool may temporarily hold it for review. All transactions are monitored in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations.

4 Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New members on gool receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳20,000. A 20x wagering requirement must be met before this bonus can be withdrawn. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000, and the wagering requirement to complete is ৳1,000 × 20 = ৳20,000.

4.2 Other Promotions

gool offers various promotional deals from time to time, including the weekly gool re-deposit, gool Weekend Dhamaka, Slot Festival Bonus, Birthday gool Gift, and the Refer a Friend gool Reward offer. Each offer has its own wagering requirements and validity period.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly; the specified wagering requirement must first be completed.
Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is already active, unless an exception is stated in the specific offer's terms.
If evidence of a breach of bonus terms is found, the bonus and any related winnings may be cancelled.
gool reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer.
Attempting to claim bonuses through multiple accounts is prohibited and may result in account cancellation.

5 Betting and Gaming Rules

5.1 Bet Acceptance

Bets placed on the gool platform are considered final, unless evidence of a technical error or abnormal circumstances is found. gool reserves the right to cancel bets placed on the basis of unclear or incorrect information.

5.2 Game Results

All cricket, football, and other sports results are confirmed from the relevant official sources. In the event of a dispute over a result, gool's decision will be considered final.

5.3 Match Manipulation

Placing bets or assisting others with the intention of artificially influencing the outcome of any match is strictly prohibited. Accounts suspected of such activity will be permanently closed and the associated funds may be forfeited.

5.4 Technical Errors

Bets completed on the basis of odds or results displayed incorrectly due to a technical issue or software error will be considered void. In such situations, gool will attempt to refund the original deposited amount.

6 VIP Program

The gool VIP program has three tiers: Bronze, Silver, and Gold. Weekly cashback is available according to VIP tier:

Bronze: up to 0.3% cashback on the week's net losses.
Silver: up to 0.5% cashback on the week's net losses.
Gold: up to 0.8% cashback on the week's net losses.

Weekly cashback is calculated by subtracting total winnings from total losses for the week. You can move up to a higher VIP tier through regular play. The detailed terms for VIP benefits are set by gool and are subject to change.

7 Prohibited Activities

Participation in any of the activities listed below is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account closure:

Placing bets using bots, scripts, or automated software.
Using strategic betting to circumvent bonus terms.
Using multiple accounts to take advantage of promotions.
Attempting to gain unauthorised access to or cause harm to another user's account.
Hacking or taking any other harmful action against the gool platform's systems or network.
Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions.

8 Responsible Gaming Rules

gool believes that gaming should be entertaining and controlled. It is every user's responsibility to follow the responsible gaming guidelines on the gool platform. Tools are available for you to set your own limits to protect yourself from problem gambling.

If in doubt, take a break or use the option to suspend your account.

10 Account Closure and Service Termination

10.1 At the User's Request

Any user may request the closure of their account at any time through the gool support team. Before the account is closed, all outstanding wagering requirements must be met and any withdrawable balance must be withdrawn.

10.2 Account Closure by gool

gool may temporarily or permanently close any account for rule violations, evidence of fraud, or other valid reasons. In such cases, any bonus funds in the account may be forfeited, though gool will attempt to return verified real deposit funds.

11 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute, an attempt should first be made to resolve it through gool's 24/7 live chat or email support. The support team can be contacted in both Bengali and English.

12 Limitation of Liability

gool is not liable under any circumstances for direct or indirect financial losses resulting from gameplay. gool is also not liable for losses caused by technical problems, internet disconnections, or failures of third-party services.

gool will not be held responsible if any bet or transaction is not completed due to an issue with the user's own device or network.

13 Mobile App Use

gool's Android (APK) and iOS apps are available through official channels. Downloading the app from any source other than the official channel is not safe, and gool is not liable for any harm caused by using apps obtained from third-party sources.

These same terms and conditions apply to all betting and transactions carried out through the mobile app.
